Founder and Managing Director / Portfolio Manager. He has an overall experience of 22 years in the Indian Capital Market. Prior to starting Val-Q, he was the head of the Indian sub-continent operations at Lloyd George Management (LGM) for 10 years in Mumbai. He was also the advisor to all LGM Indian offshore funds. Before LGM, Ashit had worked as a Portfolio Manager at Alliance Capital India, managing 6 Indian funds for 3 years. He was co-head of research at ASK Raymond James and senior analyst at BNP Paribas & IIT InvesTrust Pvt. Ltd. He holds a post-graduate management degree specialising in Finance and has graduated in Chemical Engineering from Mumbai University.
